My duck's right wing - is this normal?

@BlakeRyan - some ducklings seem to be more likely to get angel wing than others. I think, from reading a bunch about it, there could be more than one reason. Too much protein has been implicated, but so has heredity.
There is a thread about wrapping for angel wing. Let me see if I can find it.
You want to be careful not to cut off blood circulation - just a word to the wise.

The end of the wing is still stuck out a little even with the tape around. I thought for sure he was going to get it off the way he was pecking at it last night but it's still on this morning. We won't take it off to check for another day or two, no worries. I just feel bad for him
I think vet wrap would be good to use and cover the entire wing to the tips where they are still sticking out always making sure not to wrap too tight and cut off circulation. Can he get up and walk you may have to show him that he can. When I first put any thing on my lil dachshund a sweater or coat he just doesn't think he can walk. And your lil guy will probably feel off balance.
