this morning I noticed that my bantam Wyandotte pullet had an odd looking eye. Any suggestions on what to do?

It's a bit hard to tell.

Any bubbles, pus, discharge, smells from the eye?

Can she see?

Does she eat and drink oK?

How old is she?

Any other symptoms?

For your consideration take a look at this thread:

nothing coming from her eye, i think she can see out of it, just gave them treats, food, and water and she took all of it, and I'm not absolutely sure how old she is but I would guess 6-7 months she has been laying eggs pretty often. I haven't noticed any abnormal behaviors or symptoms.

It's as if her eye lids are half way closed because the eye its self looks ok

It looks like a lazy eye or some dust or something is in it or she got picked in her eye.

It does possibly look a little swollen. You could try flushing the eye with saline and see if there is any gunk in there, remove it with a qtip.  After you flush it you put some  Vetericyn eye gel or Terramycin eye ointment in the eyes and see if that helps.

So this morning I checked on her and her eye fixed its self and looks ok. Happy I didn't have to do all that to her tongue.png
