These are two two chicks that hatched at the end of November. Dad is a BR roo named Jojo and mom was a grey Silkie named Sponge.

What gender (if it's not too early) are they and what would you call their color?




Smudge (darker colored), Smidge (lighter colored).















 
I agree they look like pullets.

I'd call them grey barred ( or cuckoo, really barred and cuckoo are the same genes so it doesn't matter in this case).
