Crooked Toes in 1 day old chick

I noticed one of my new chicks kept falling down and saw she has a very crooked toe I looked up how to fix it but I am having confidence issues. Can someone just tell me if this looks right and when should I take it off and recheck her foot?
 
I would try giving some poultry vitamins in the water. That may be all that is necessary since it looks like the foot is curled. The Chicken Chick.com has some good pictures on crooked toe taping, but the vitamins are good.
