Extreme frostbite

Goulais River, Ontario, Canada
11 month old rooster with severe frostbite on both feet. I have had him indoors now for 3 weeks. It was an awful green colour (one leg) with antibiotics and eletrolytes it cleared up. Not they both look dead, cold to the touch and very stiff. He is an Easter egger.. Sweet as pie!
Is there anything we can do to help? Or is it too late? :'(

I do not know how to bring dead cells back to life, however I would like to suggest that using a fridge or freezer with a hole cut in it makes a good shelter for chicks or chooks in cold weather. I have raised many chicks and chooks through frozen icy weather and haven't ever seen frostbite in my flock.
