Im sure it has been asked before, but I can not find it. If I set eggs at 7:30 pm on January 13th, would I use a start time as the morning of the 14th? I am trying to get it right and don't want to mess it up. What would you consider the stop turning time and date and what would be the day 21 hatch day and time? Thanks already to everyone on the page for it is wasn't for you all I would not even be incubating in the first place.

Hatch day-Feb. 3rd. Lockdown/stop turning eggs and keep incubator closed-around Jan. 31st. Count the first day 24 hours after the eggs are put in the incubator-morning of the 14th. Hatch date can vary somewhat depending on breed and the constancy of the incubator. Time is not a definite.
