My ISA Brown chicken isn`t acting the same. I don`t know if she is sick or she is just having an off day. She is sitting in the coop, very tired and she has runny poo. I took her out of the coop before and she drank a lot and ate a bit. We think she is a bit old, but we don`t know for sure since she is a rescue chicken. Can you please help?

Sounds like she is ill, by the time we notice a change they are usually worse than we think.
I would keep her isolated in a warm safe place. Give her a thorough exam to see if you can find anything to explain it. Loose stools and lethargy can be due to almost anything. Make sure she continues to eat and drink and watch for any clue of what is going on.
And post anything else you can think of that can offer some insight for opinions on what next.
How long have you had her?
Where is she in the pecking order?
Have you had any others with similar findings?
Hopefully someone with more expertise will give some input.

Since she is a newer flock member, she could have worms or coccidiosis from being on new ground. Possibly think about medicating her with Corid in her water for 5 days (1.5 tsp of powder to a gallon of water) and later worming her with Valbazen 1/2 ml orally, and repeated in 10 days. Make sure that she continues to drink well and eat. Probiotics and vitamins between and after those treatments can help. Vitamins with Lactobacillus by Rooster Booster contains those.
