I'm new and need help figuring out what this rooster is.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. The only rare breed that I'm aware of that MM sells that even remotely resembles your rooster are Blue Laced Red Wyandottes and if that's what he is it's a terrible hatchery quality BLRW with a single comb and legs that are not yellow. Single combs do sometimes pop up in hatchery quality Wyandottes so I'm thinking that is likely the case here.

My only other thought is a very poorly colored partridge Rock? But he sure looks like he has pink/white skin.....

Kind of looks like a Welsummer or Partridge Rock, but with the wrong skin color. MMM also has Modern Black Breasted Red Games, but he's got the wrong build.
