baby chick flipped on it's back

I put her and a buddy in a brooder box by themselves with a towel with lots of fold and contours to it and after a few rollovers she has it figured out. 8 hours and still on her feet. Hurray!

I hatched a chick yesterday in incubator. It was so strong. I wanted to put it under a hen but my daughter was afraid it would get killed. I got it 2 buddies from rural king. Well it kept pecking them. Today it is sleeping, crying and flipping over out of my hand, What should I do? It just flutters on its back

Is the chick eating drinking and warm?
Check it's vent for pasty butt...is it pooping?

it died when I gave it water. It's mouth was full of food. It looked so strong yesterday. What happened? We hatched another one today. Should I not have gotten the chicks from the store?

looks like the cat was in there, caught it with another one in its mouth, got it immediately put it back in incubator, hope it is ok.of course it couldn't get the 2 I bought from the store

I am sorry you lost her:/ don't think it was wrong to get RK chicks, seems as though her crop wasn't emptying proper enough. Sometimes you can rub slowly to see if that helps. Definitely keep those predators away from the chicks till they can be little more defensively or till pets are used to them.
