Best rooster pictures. Any backgrounds or breeds. I ask that you limit your pictures to only 5.

Sounds like a fun contest! Our camera stinks, but I hope some of these pictures are good. 

 

 

Fred the white silkie, crowing

 

Dastan, a silkie cross. He was still a teen in this photo

 

Smaug the New Hampshire

 

Dominator. He may be missing part of his tail from a dog attack when he was a teen, his spurs may be so big he has to hop while walking, and frost bite may have stolen his comb and part of his wattles, but he is the best rooster EVER! :)

Agreed! He's Gorgeous!:drool Also, GitaBooks, I love your NHR rooster and his name! I named one of my Buckeye roosters Gimli from LOTR. My NHR roo is named Promethius for his fiery coloring.

He is stunning! I love the Delaware coloration in chickens.

 

Dexter was my Delaware rooster, but when he was just a little guy he began to get very, very aggressive and we had to get rid of him. :(
