Oh they are a dominant animals in the pack. Q.What she was trying to do that he did not liked?.He does nèed a new home we knew but he was the smallest of all chicks and my daughter got really protective.But i will find him a good place.

Agreed; once a rooster has become aggressive, it's virtually impossible to break them of it.
That does NOT excuse his aggressiveness towards your daughter. Advise anyone who is taking him that he has shown aggression towards humans.
