I'm sorry, this is the first I've heard he is having breathing trouble & crowing. I would probably recommend the same meds as what Eggcessive recommended & to separate him & bring him in somewhere warmer, but not hot. Sounds like he has something respitory going on in addition to his comb troubles. Best of luck 😊
