Guess my Murray McMurray mystery chick!!! :)

It's cute. My "free rare exotic" from Murray turned out to be a Silver Leghorn Roo. I had to wait until he was fully feathered though before I found out what he was, lol. It's so hard to tell when they're chicks.

Adding my vote, based on the breeds that Murray lists on their site with feathered feet, your picture and its new white feathers my vote is White Langshan. Unless it's a bantam. :)

I am thinking that or white cochin after the white feathers started to come in.
I am looking to go in with a chicken buddy and order some day old chicks since the min at this time of year is 25. Was your experience with McMurray good? Any suggestions when ordering form them?
A little early to tell honetly. Not bad, they shipped what i ordered with the 'exotic' extra, plus an extra.

My experience was great. I ordered during the time of year when 15 is the minimum. They were friendly on the phone ordering and shipped them as soon as all the breeds I wanted were ready. They sent me tracking info and the little babies were at my local post office within less than 48 hours. I'm in California.

They were all alert and happy and all of them survived. I now have 16 fluffy butts

Some of which a friend is buying from me now that they are old enough. Mine are 5 months old. And they are all female, just like I ordered. With the exception of the free rare exotic, which since he was free was a random selection.

My first batch I bought locally from Tractor Supply, which was fine, but you have no idea what breed they really are and the sex is not guaranteed like it is with Murray. I found this out he hard way when 2 of the 3 I picked from the "pullet" bin started to crow, and since you pay more for pullets I was quite annoyed that I paid extra for roosters. I think someone mixed the shipments or something. Between those two and the others I picked from the more exotic bin I ended up with 5 roosters, YES 5!!
