Looking for stock that originated with breeder Steve Wheat/Bantam Barn

Silkied Cochins

I really hope someone can help me.  A few years back I bought some Silkied Cochin hatching eggs from Steve Wheat and hatched a single silkied Roo.  He was everyone's favorite chicken, he was truly a unique chicken, in so many ways.  He died this week and we are so sad, and even sadder still to think we might never have another like him.  Steve Wheat no longer breeds these beautiful birds, but I know he sold them on BYC off and on from around 2009 to ?  I am hoping that someone else found them as charming as I did and kept a breeding pen of them.  I want to buy hatching eggs, chicks or adults... Thanks everyone for reading, I am pinning my hopes on my BYC friends.  If this is in the wrong topic area, I'm sorry - wasn't sure what to ask and where.

Looking FOR: SQ Bantam and LF cochins in Millie Fleur, Lavender, Black, White, Buff, Barred; Bantam RIR RIW Plymouth Rocks; Barred, Lav, Porcelain Silkies; Erminettes; RIW LF; White Faced White Spanish

There is an online archive of the Buy Sell Trade forum. Maybe check it to see if yu can find a completed sale for that period and contact the seller.
