Hello. I have a hen who is lethargic. She sneezes, has white on her comb, and isn't eating. She is also molting. We are going to separate her from the rest of the flock but what can we do to help her? I would not like to lose a hen. Thanks.

She sounds like she should be treated with an antibiotic for respiratory infection. I would make sure she's not around any moldy bedding and there's good ventilation in the coop, both can cause respiratory infection.

Do you have any pictures?
Any discharge from the nose when she sneezes, does she cough or wheeze, any eye discharge?
As @oldhenlikesdogs mentioned, any moldy bedding, food, etc. could she have gotten into?
Separating her is a very good idea.
Hydration is very important. You could offer her some water with vitamins/electrolytes. As far as eating try to offer her moisten poultry food, scrambled/boiled egg or tuna.
