What the heck is it?

I was cleaning my chicken coop when I came across this. It was in some droppings. Looks like a piece of chicken meat. My coop is secure so it is not from some animal. Anyone have any guess? Idea? Thoughts?

Those are rice hulls for perspective.

It almost looks like the outside of a soft shell egg. Otherwise it's probably something shed from the chickens oviduct or intestines, sometimes stuff comes out.
Chickens, muscovy ducks, turkeys, donkeys , goats, dogs, fish, parakeets, a parrot, and a cat.

Chickens and dogs are healing to the soul.

I brake for squirrels.

Some of my birds.

Thanx everyone. I have 15 Pullets just starting to lay. I guess it's just one of those anomalies associated with young hens.
