We get together and process chickens, we eat, laugh and a few of us partake in adult beverages while processing birds. I "sell" the birds to the people from our Surviving Minnesota thread at cost.

 

Last year it was $7.80 for around a  10 pound bird.  It is kind of potluck on the food.

Composting ducks is best for the environment.
Start your composted Duck pile today,
if you do not have your duck
Borrow a neighbors duck to compost own...
