Need help to tell pullets from cockerels please.

Absolutely don't take my word for it I can't see clearly, and would be wrong a lot even if I could. But you can tell what birds have more comb development at this age, and if they also have thicker legs and are more "cut" or "ripped" in their muscular development, that's a cockerel for ya.

I think in 2-4 weeks you will see more roos popping up - do you know what breeds you ordered or are them barnyard crosses?

I got them from a friend, who hatched them. They're supposed to be marans, ameraucanas, wyandottes, and buff orpingtons. Whether they're pure or the parents all ran together and the chicks are crosses of those breeds I'm not sure. I did get the opinion of someone else in another thread i started that the crested one looks to be a marans/legbar cross. I know my friend does have Legbars that she breeds, so it's definitely possible.
