Pullet with rattled breathing

Hi. Our 4 month old Silkie Pullet has rattled breathing on both inhale and exhale. Her inhale actually sounds like a rattle and her out hale sounds like a wheeze or sigh. She seems to breathe quietly when sleeping. She is sneezing but not frequently. She is listless but not droopy. Since isolation she hasn't yet drank, eaten or pooped but it's only been a half hour since we brought her inside so I can't be sure on any symptoms there. There does not seem to be any discharge at her eyes, nostrils or beak. Any suggestions? I have tried the learning centre, but nothing seems to fit exactly. Any help greatly appreciated.
 
Correction... There is some discharge as her feathers are a bit crusty on her beard. She is scratching and seems to be looking for something to eat but does not eat the food or even the shaved carrot I placed on the floor of the cage. She did poop however and the dropping looks normal but perhaps with less of a white cap...so I guess she isn't drinking very much. I am going to syringe her some water now.
 
Have you recently gotten her, or have you recently added another bird to our flock? This sounds like either infectious bronchitis or mycoplasma (MG) but there are other respiratory diseases in chickens. I would get some Tylan 50 injectable with a few syringes and needles at your local feed store, cattle section. Give her 1/4 ml orally twice a day for 5 days. If you can't find that get some oxytetracycline or Tylan powder, and treat her in her water. She should be kept warm and separate from healthy chickens. Thank you or your advice, it is reassuring and helped us to get the right antibiotic. We di actually add to the flock 2 weeks ago. None of those birds are affected but now knowing they can carry a disease without symptoms for their lifetime, it seems that was likely the source. We will watch the other birds carefully particularly those that we raised from chicks as they obviously have no resistance built up never have being exposed before.

One last question...how long should we keep her isolated? I!ve read anything from 5 days to 2 weeks.
