So the other day Mars started exhibiting symptoms of a nasty cold. I automatically jumped to the worst possible thoughts BLACK HEAD but she wasn't exhibiting all the symptoms. I read in a post here that someone had used cayenne pepper to fight it. I told my wife to pick up some yesterday while she was in town. I managed to get her to drink two sips of water and two bites of instant mashed potatoes with cayenne pepper powder mixed in this morning she was 100% better than 12 hours before. I don't know if it was the cayenne pepper or just that she had a standard issue cold and she fought it off she ate two whole helpings of mashed potatoes and drank the water. I'm going to keep up on the cayenne pepper just in case it was that
