Tired of the same old thing when it comes to cooking chicken?  Afraid to try a new recipe?  Let’s try something new this month with Chef Robin Leitch. Robin Leitch is a local chef and wine steward. She has been cooking professionally for 11 years working most notably for Chef Norman VanAken in Miami, Florida and Chef Gordon Ramsey in Boca Raton, Florida. She has won numerous awards in south Florida for her pastries and chocolate works. Including, Best New Dessert in Palm Beach County in 2007.  She is currently working at The Orchard Restaurant & Events Barn in Cashiers, NC as their Wine Steward, and is studying for the Sommelier's exam.  


She will share with us her recipe for Chinese Spring Rolls using Chicken as the protein.  Join us in the kitchen on February 16th to cook up some yummy spring rolls.  Samples for everyone.  Please reserve your seat with Marga, Club Secretary, at 828-524-0028 to ensure we have enough samples.
