Starting this spring!

Yesterday I enjoyed the 50 degree weather and cleared the wood that didn't look good and reinforced a few joints.

Chicks arrived and they are in my simple cardboard box brooder :D



We had a few days that the temperature was above 50F and I got the wire off to replace with hardware cloth!
I already found some wood to replace the rotten ones and will get back to work when spring is back! :D

 
Chicken coop update! :D
Got some of it done. It's been fun so far, I am sure I will have to tweak a lot, but I am excited with the outcome so far.
The wood I replaced so far I got it from the Home Depot 70% discounted pile. My chickens don't mind that the 2x4 isn't perfectly straight :D



Does anyone know how can I get access to create my chicken coop page? I'd like to put my ideas in a page.
