Hen not eating or drinking

1) As far as I know, backyard chicken, less than 1 yr old, normal weight
2) Not pecking at the ground, just stands still with her head close to her neck, not extended
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms? Just one day
4) Are other birds exhibiting any symptoms? No
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma. No
6) We got her and 5 others on Thursday night. Been keeping the two flocks separate for the last couple of days. Yesterday we let them free range together while we supervised. Very little fighting, mostly our rooster meeting all the ladies.
7) She was eating yesterday, layer feed and water. She laid an egg yesterday too. But today I have not seen her eat any feed or even peck at the ground. Although I was unable to watch her every minute of the day. I kept noticing all day that she was alone and standing still
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc. not sure
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far? Nothing
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? Prefer to treat myself
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help. Will try to post a pic
12) using the deep litter method, wood chips and grass clippings, etc.

She could be sick or just cold
have you tried putting food and water in front of her to se if she will eat.
Has she moved or talked today?

I did put food in my hand and she wouldn't touch it. Also we threw some mealworms in front of her that she normally loves and didn't touch them. She did walk around today, all day. But stayed in the position most of the time

What does her crop feel like? Does her breath smell?

Is she walking around at all, is it a normal walk?
She laid an egg yesterday, but not today? Have you felt to see if she is egg bound? What does her abdomen feel like?

Can you take a picture of her poop?

Can you separate her so you can monitor her? Hydration is important, have you seen her drinking?

Three possibilities come to mind, with her being puffed up, not eating and mainly standing.
Coccidiosis, Impacted Crop or Eggbound.

Her crop seems normal...just like the others. Her breath doesn't smell.
I gently squeezed either side of her vent and did not feel an egg. I am posting a picture of her dirty behind...as much of a picture of her poop that I can get. She seems to be walking around a little more today. No egg. Bought some electrolytes and give her some water she drank a tiny bit then wasn't interested. She is making an odd sound...almost like a purring or growling. Keeps opening her beak up too. Can I post videos?

Yes, post a video if you can, that will be helpful.
Has she been wormed?
The sneezing is a concern. The purring/growling does is sound like respiratory or is it a noise she is making herself? How often is she sneezing?
Not eating and drinking is a concern as well.
Can you separate her so you can monitor her food/water intake?
Also you may want to bathe her to get the poo of her bum. Make sure to blow her dry so she doesn't get chilled.

BTW, you put "backyard chicken" for her breed. She is a Silver Laced Wyandotte, just in case you didn't know. She is lovely. I have one that looks very similar to her

Just wanted to let everyone know Tootsie seems to be improving daily. I'm thinking she just needed some time to adjust.

Glad to hear she's doing better!
Sometimes it does take time to adjust.
I love my Wyandottes, but I've found that they are a bit more "standoffish" or cautious than the others I have in my flock.
She is lovely, so I hope she continues to improve.
