Can my 7 wk olds handle the night temps outside?

Theres six of them and they have all their feather excpet for my roo whos not as full but hes catching up. theyre too big for the brooder now.

With those temps they could stay outside and as long as there fully fewthered or almost feathered they can stay outside mine were probably about 2-3 months old and they stayed ouside when it got down in the 30s and they were all fine hope this helps

Ok i cause imma leave em out tonight. Will they be fine closed in their coop without food or water? Cause i have the door open that leads to the run but the coop itself wont fit the food and water

They should be fine without the food and water and make sure they still have ventilation but I would close the door

Really depends on how much heat you've kept them under/in.

Drastic changes can be hard on them...those night temps shown are pretty cold.

Great article on VENTILATION, one of THE MOST IMPORTANT aspects of coop design.

Fantastic treatise to help decide how much SPACE your chickens need.

 

Chicken math is not just 'addition'...but also should include Division, Multiplication and especially Subtraction!!!
