help...i'm new to chicken raising! chicken is lethargic not moving or standing for a couple days

I'm new to chicken raising. I have 3 hen and 1 roo easter eggers (was told ameraucana but I didn't know the difference) Had a few months now. Everything has been normal, eating, running around etc. Yesterday and the day before, she seemed sleeping, not moving around. Today she won't stand and I don't think she has been eating. I isolated her with some food and water in a warmer place. When I pick her up, she opens her eyes for a second, I took some picture of her in the coop this morning before I moved her. Not sure what to look for or what meds she may need. All other hens and roo are fine.

I would get a rubber glove and feel inside her vent with one finger an inch or so for a stuck egg. Feel of her crop to see if it could be impacted. Look for any signs of tiny bugs (lice and mites) under the vent, wings, and on the neck. Give her some electrolytes and vitamins. Offer her some chopped egg, a little yogurt or buttermilk for probiotics, and her usual feed. Check her droppings for diarrhea, unusual color, and blood. Getting her warm may help, but her comb looks dry like she may be dehydrated. Could you get a few of her droppings checked by your vet for worms and other parasites?

X2. Good suggestion, since cocci can have many different strains, and they may lack resistance to the strain in your soil. Corid (Amprollium, Ampromed) can be found at most feed stores. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid, or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5 days. If not drinking well give some concentrated Corid (1.5 tsp of powder per 2 tsp of water) 1-2 drops twice a day.
 
Unfortunately, my girl did not make it through the night. I am so sad. She was my fav. :( I gave her the Corid but perhaps I was too late or it was something else. I'm treating the others with medicated food just in case. Do I need to dose them with the powdered Corid or will medicated food be enough? Any thoughts?
 
I would go ahead and give a 5 day course of Corid, unless everyone is acting normal. Are any others looking weak or not eating? Do you still have her body where you could refrigerate it and send it in to your state vet for a necropsy. It would be good to know if she had cocci, or perhaps something like Mareks disease.
