Tell me about your ducks! Inside/outside advice

Hi all! I am going to be getting 2 ducklings in March and I am SOOO excited. I would love to see some duck pictures and stories about your ducks. I would love to hear about indoor and outdoor ducks and I would love some great advice one them.

I have a great little house for them to stay outside when they are old enough, it also has quite a bit of room for them to run around outside while staying completely safe from predators. But I would love to see your ducks and I would love to hear from those of you that eat your duck eggs.

I am hoping to get a white layer and 1 other breed!

I had mallard ducklings last year, I hatched them in an incubator. 6 siblings and little Junior was born 1.5 weeks later. They grew up way too fast and before I knew they wanted to be free. So they live in the ditch behind my house (there are barely any predators for ducks here). I can't really help you with your questions but I do have some pictures!
