Not sure what's wrong with my chick... Very sluggish/sleeps a lot. Not active like the others. No blood in it's poop. Having a tough time diagnosing. Here are some pictures....

Give it some SaveAChick or other brand of poultry vitamins with electrolytes in the water, dip it's beak into the water to drink as often as you can manage. A pinch of salt and 1tsp of sugar to a liter of water, or Gatorade will suffice.Check it for pasty butt, and clean if necessary. Make sure that it is warm enough, and have your brooder temperature around 90 degrees with a cooler spot to get to. Was the chick shipped or from the feed store? They can get stressed in shipping. Check to make sure there are no moist or mushy areas on the belly.

I do my best to keep the brooder temp. between 90 - 95 degrees (1st and 2nd week labled on the thermometer), as well as, keeping a probiotic chick boost in the water at all times. This chick is around 6 days old today. Was not shipped, we bought them from a feed store on Friday. It's eating and drinking.... sometimes seems to be fine eating, pecking, and sleeping with the others. But other times will be off on it's own sleeping while the others play. I caught it eating multiple times this morning and appeared to be okay, but then I'll come home from work (the past 2 days) and it seems more lethargic and unintrested in playing like the others. I'm trying to be hopful that purhaps it's fine and I'm over analysing things but I want to make sure I'm doing all I can for it. Is a little bit of white in the poop normal?

Most feed stores get their chicks shipped, at least the 4 local ones within an hour of me. They usually come from the closest hatchery, but can still spend 1-2 days in shipping. I hope your chick is just taking some sleep breaks between meals.

Yeah, that's true. I hope so too! I haven't really found any other signs to give us any clues. I'll try dipping its beak in the vitamin/water mixture a few times tonight to make sure he's getting enough and keep praying he perks up, thank you!

How warm or cold should their water be?

I just use water out of the faucet, and under the brooder it warms up to somewhere between the brooder temp and the room temp. But using room temp or slightly warmer water when starting out certainly wouldn't hurt.
