I'm a newbie but I seriously spent hours researching this last night for my own chicks. It does look like it, except in the videos I watched they always looked slightly tanish.

Hey does anyone here know how the turner works in the brinsea mini advance? I want to make sure it's turning but I can't find my instruction manual..
