sick chick

I have a chick that sits with it's head down. Not eating or drinking. Peeping rarely. It is approx. 2 weeks old. I got it with a group of 20, the rest seem to be ok. It won't open it's eyes. I dip it's beak to try to encourage drinking. I thought this morning it would be dead, but it's still alive. Moving some.

They were vaccinated before shipping.

This happened to one of my chicks. We gave her water thru a syringe and made a soup out of her feed. She was still down. We took her to the vet and tested her for parasites. His stool test was not accurate, so he gave her de-wormer and antibiotics. She was much better after 2 days and joined the flock again. Good luck!

What were they vaccinated for and was this chick active and normal up 'til now?

It turned out it was Wry Neck and I did give them vit. E. One was too far gone when I found it, the other is back in the flock. Thank you for your help.
