What is the most popular incubator?

I'm ready to start incubating eggs now and not buying day-olds.

 

I looked all last night around Google Shopping and there are lots and lots of different options for automated incubators.

 

Is there a pretty common standard on the forum for automated incubators? (Automating being put the egg it and several weeks later a chick pops out)

There are a few good brands of incubators on the market and everyone has their favourite. I'm a huge Brinsea fan myself, I've had wonderful hatches in my Eco 20 and it's pretty much a "hands off" incubator.

I would suggest you stick with a well known and trusted brand when buying. Another option is of course to build yourself an incubator, there are many pages with designs and how-to's here. Here are just some:
