My Plymouth Rock has been pooping watery green poop. She still has a lot of energy, but hasn't been eating very many pellets. Should I be worried?

What else if anything is she eating?

She's eating meal worms, scratch, meat, and some soggy crumble.

This link has a pic that looks a lot like  your  hens droppings. It is about halfway down the page. I am no expert of course but doing what I can to find you some information.

From what I am reading the treatment would be a course of antibiotics.

I am not very familiar at all with antibiotics and chickens so hopefully some other folks will chime in to help.

To get antibiotics, you bring your chicken to the vet to get weighed for the right dosage. You shouldn't have to pay for anything but the antibiotics.

I found this informative and interesting.

Looks like it is bacterial so here is a link to antibiotics as well.

It does not look like a source to purchase it of course but gives a brief read on it.

This link is to a wide list of medicines and dosages as well as how to administer the medicine.

Hoping this helps.
