Sick chicken! Help!

Laying there lymp with her head down. She is breathing very heavy and has her eyes closed. She is almost 6. Please help!

I'd suggest posting this on emergencies / diseases / injuries and cures thread in order to get replies as soon as possible. Sorry that i can't offer advice - I'm not a guru on such things , but if you re-post this, you may get some help.

Has she still  been laying eggs?  Any chance she is egg bound? Please do post on the er thread.  Hope she will be okay.
