I agree they do look like ♂ & ♀ with the male pure white on the left of the photo. That being said when it comes to gender in pigeons I yet to meet a fancier that never made a mistake. There are a lot of variables involved when breeding pigeons from temperature, day light hours, feed, access to grit, and clean water to name just a few. I personally think your eggs will soon arrive. With just a bit more patience on your part. Records or bands are the only accurate method of keeping track of a pigeons age any thing else is only ball park. I still believe you hen is just a bit of a late bloomer. Even more convinced after clicking on and enlarging the photo.

There is no real way to predict. Here are a few squeakers that hatched last year who parents were solid whites just to give you some example. With recessive genes being what they are each egg is a surprise in my loft anyway.
That being said I would think most of your squabs should be solid whites in a perfect world; Along with a few splashes thrown in.

You have to breed towards brown in feral pigeons in order to finally get white.





With the exception of the blue bar feral (in the middle photo) that invade my loft the rest of these pigeons are all from solid white breeding stock. A lot of fanciers do not want a feral invading their loft. That is something you will eventually be confronted with i will guess.

One thing I also noticed about my pigeon hens when they are about to lay is they spend a lot of time picking grit near the edge of my country road days before the eggs arrive.

You cock bird looks very virile and healthy and is the least of your problem and should give you nice off spring.

What works for me is I have a feeder of hen laying pellets, a separate feeder of whole corn, clean fresh water every day, and crushed oyster shells 24/7 (the crushed oyster shells are probably not necessary as they are included in the laying pellets in a perfect world I also believe in overkill when it comes to the squab egg shells.) My routine was to feed my birds twice a day for 15 minutes but I have 66 trips around the sun now and bouncing out to the loft twice a day in the winter with arctic and blizzard conditions is not as easy for me as it once was.

Supplementing your loft with 12 hours of light may hurry things along as well. A lot of the pigeon fanciers do this to get as mature of a bird as possible for the start of the racing season ( I do not race or have tried this method personally.) As ♀ pigeons age it is natural for egg production to slow down a bit
Oh I also hand feed only my pigeons shelled unsalted peanuts. It is like cocaine it makes them tame and except you better in the loft
