There is no beard at all on that bird.

X2 on junebuggena's post. I'm thinking it's likely a Blue Andalusian cockerel and will develop white earlobes. Be sure and let us know if that's the case. :o)

I have a felling with the amount of White that's in the wing/s that the bird in question is a Splash and not a Blue.

I am more concerned with the bird's health - hope it is not ill but,  Lady of MC  makes some good points there
