Letting a hen hatch in winter yay or nay?

She doing awesome. I am very impressed. This is her first time going broody and she isn't even a year old. I banded her so if she goes broody again I know she is a winner. Lol. Couldn't have asked for a better first experience. I have friends who have terrible luck with trying to hatch. They have yet to have success.
