Please help rooster with blue comb and gassping for air

Hello, for the third week my rooster is showing issues...his comb is partly blue...making strange noise like gassping for air.....no other symptoms..he is strong eating and drinking running and active...i took him to vet she said it is viruse and gave him antipoitics with vitamins...after five days of midicens we still have same issues ....i took him to anther vet who said it is newcastle....for me it doesnt look like it no signs at all ....he is in good sbape stands normally no swallowing no twesting...and his poop is normal too
All chickens are fine no illness and laying eggs
Any idea what it could be
He had all vaccine too ....am so confused and worry

Do you have any photos of him?
How old is he?
Which vaccine(s) did he have?
What other symptoms does he have, watery eyes, mucous, runny nose, discharge, coughing, sneezing, wheezing, lesions, canker?
What types of food/treats do you feed?
What symptoms/signs/tests did the vet use to determine newcastle?
Generally a comb turning blue is due to heart/circulatory or breathing problems such as gasping for air.
Has he had access to any moldy feed, rotted plant/animal material, etc.

I live in jordan in the middle east...i gave my folck all vaccines in my area the vet is not waw thats why i depend on internet to educate my self as much as i can...
I give them fremented food in the morning and dry grains wheat corn barely and soy beans ...they have access to free range in my big yard...i treat them with cocked rice lantel beans ...fresh spinach fruits
I do not give them animal products because in my religion we do not eat animals who eat animals
The chickens lay healthy eggs even in freezing weather
Talking about mold ...we had a very bad snow storm during that the folck stay in coop for about ten days the coop is warm and clean good vents but the humidity was high and i had to put their drinking water inside which wet part of the bedding ....scooped it replaced with dry hay ...but after that i noticed the blue color in the rooster he sneezing but not much no runny nose or eyes comb and the noise only gassping for air from time to time like eeeeeeezzzzzz
I always give them warm water with honey and lemon or galic

The blue looks like a bit of frostbite to me. High humidity and cold temps can cause frostbite, especially if they have large comb like yours does. The tips may blacken a bit and fall off, but otherwise it doesn't look really bad to where it will blister.
As far as the gasping and sneezing, it could be a respiratory illness, dust from bedding or feed. Sometimes they can get feed or something stuck in their nose or they eat dry food too fast.
It sounds like you are taking good care of him.
Just keep an eye on him and separate him if you see discharge (mucous) from the eyes, nose, etc. or if his breathing starts to sound like a gurgle.
