HI there!

Eggs have different shell porosity so you will see differences in air cells, though they shouldn't be too drastic. You always adjust your humidity to the majority of the eggs. Because of differences in egg quality, we can not provide the best for each individual egg. With that being said, unless you are in a high elevation, I would recommend looking into a low humidity incubation. This is my go to method and it works great for a lot of people: http://letsraisechickens.weebly.com...anuals-understanding-and-controlling-humidity. I, personally, feel 50% is high in most cases. Rotating the eggs to different spots in the bator, make sure they are being turned, make sure that your thermometers/hygrometer is accurate are some things that help a hatch go better.

I'm assuming that your bator is forced air if you are running 99-100F for temps?

Thank you :) I have 2 small computer fans in my homemade incubator. I read that it is best to circulate the air.
