Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Which part of Texas are you in? My wife and I were both raised in the great state of Texas? If you haven't done so already, definitely check out our Coops section at the top of the page. There is lots of useful coop designs there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Cheers.

What part of Texas? It's a big state!

Got married, moved, and now starting over in the boonies of South/Central Arkansas with only three guinea pigs and no chickens. Parents still have the farm in Texas (Gibson Acres Farm).

Hi and welcome to BYC -  i hope the coop section inspires you. Just one word of advice if i may - make your coop at least twice as big as you initially intend because chicken maths will undoubtedly strike in the very near future! ;)

All the best

Welcome to BYC! I'm glad you joined us! :)

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele
