I need some advice...egg bound hen? Infection?

Completely normal. Her normal sized egg. Cracked it open to see if it was normal inside and it was. It came out with a bunch of poop, which is to be expected. Hubby said the towel was wet. So there must have been other fluid that came out with the egg/ poop.

I know, I'm hoping that too. Only time will tell. I didn't even know it was possible for a Ben to be eggboubd for 6+ days. She was still pooping, so as long as she was still doing that, there wasn't much I could do, but just palliate her.
