I think my week old Silver Grey Dorking pullet is sick

She's not really eating or drinking and seems very sleepy and unsteady on her feet.  Today I gave her egg yolk and medicated water via a syringe every 2 hours.  She does eat and drink everything I give her.  Right after I feed her she seems to have a little more energy and will sometimes scratch around for a minute or so before she's trying to go back to sleep again.  Is there anything else I can do?

My hen had very similar symptoms and I treated her with corid and after seven days she was just like new before she would just stand in the woods sleeping and when she relished that the others had left she went slowly walking trying to find them and wouldn't eat wouldn't drink some times she wouldn't even get on the roost u had to pick her up and put her on and I treated her with corid force fed and drink and after he ate she acted like she was almost her normal self and after seven days with corid she was brands packing new like she just hatched
