Whats wrong with my silkie ?

My silkie has spit that is foamy, coming out of her mouth I just pulled a long piece of grass out of her mouth, she has always been a little behind the others, but is not acting normal. and walking around like she doesn't see what could this mean?

I'm not sure. Hopefully some people that know more than me will post. Does she or her mouth smell bad?

Open her beak and check for a foul odor. Could you post a picture? Here is a good link.
