Help!! Am i doing this wrong?

Hi! I am hatching chicks for the second time but I'm still confused on a lot of stuff....
My main question is that I am on day 6 of incubation and I have 24 eggs in the incubator and they all are supposed to be firtle ...however I only have 3 eggs with veins and the rest just have a dark shadow in the top of the egg ?? I can add pictures if I need too. I'm just really wondering is this normal for day 6! -thankyou

Usually by day 6 unless the eggs are real dark or greens you will see at least the webbing of veins. Are you candling down into the eggs from the air cells and are these local eggs or are they shipped?
