Any guesses? - Page 2

I did pay extra for the heat pack the first order (that were cold on arrival). This order was to replace the DOA x 3 ducks and Ideal promised they would send only 10 chicks for warmth. So now I have 2 more DOA ducks and 23 roosters. Ideals excuse was that the packer was new. Absolutely disgusted w their customer service reps giving me an attitude when I explained there were too many chicks and they were pecking the 1 remaining alive duck to death. "The box holds 25 chicks" is what their answer was.

duh,  does that mean they only have one size box?  That is ridiculous.   That is also an example of how little  they consider cockerels to be worth. Yet if you wanted to order those exact leghorns   they certainly would NOT have given them to you for free.
