greenish yellow mucos with green poop

I have 40 black zartech and 15 red ammo. I got them from sovet international here in Nigeria. And the vet that instructed me to give them newcastle treatment works there.
While raising them I missed the first and last Newcastle Disease virus vaccination. And that happened cos they had fowl pox in the first NDV and they had serious coccidiosis in the second NDV date plans. Thats the explanation of the case behind my flock.
 
At last, I got the medication for this. Green poo is NDV cos flock didn't get the shot at the required age and the yellow come from bacilary diarrhea.
So, my vet came to see for himself and priscribed oxytetracycline for two days and Lasota.
