Need help identifying my stray rooster!

We have 5 wonderful Golden Comet hens that are so sweet AND productive (5 eggs a day). We recently had a couple of strays show up LOL! First one was a Muscovy duck (hen) and recently a beautiful rooster! We are hoping someone can help us figure out what breed he is. He's very long legged and beautiful. He's not as friendly as our hens but does hang out with them, and therefore us. Please tell me if you have any ideas regarding his breed. We think he's fairly young...

No white earlobes. Probably some sort of Game.
 
Hope he didn't bring any baggage with him like, diseases, worms, lice or mites. It's generally best to quarantine new birds for 30 days or so, to prevent your established flock from catching something from them. Too late now, so I hope he continues to be healthy.

You can post photos of your roo at "what breed or gender is this." Better photos of him standing naturally, and one of his face and comb, will allow accurate advice.
 
Hi and welcome to BYC. Its good that between our eagle-eyed experienced members you have some progress on ID your roo - I'm about as much use as a chocolate teapot when it comes to breeds!

Thanks for the kind welcome(s)! We feel blesses that the stray rooster and stray muscoy duck didn't bring in disease! Didn't even think of that! How scary! I'll try to get more pics of him. He's pretty active though! He's been a great addition to our flock... heading the hens around, keeping them happy & seems to really watch over them. My Mom seems to think he's some sort of bantie but he's REALLY a tall guy... quite a bit taller than our hens and the duck... very long legged. My sweetheart says, "Who cares what he is, he's just a good fella." But.... my curiosity and interest is piqued! I just can't believe he wandered into our yard... I hear chickens somewhere near but not close enough to even know where. I've lived in the country most of my life, had a lot of stray dogs & cats... but NEVER a duck or chicken! We did have a peacock who appeared. Country life is the best!
