Is This Considered a "Soft Shelled" Egg?

I found this this morning in one of my nests :(

Is this what is considered "soft shell" and should I be worried? I'm not sure who laid it.

Seems to be! I see them periodically too. I give oyster shell but, even then I'll still see them. Keep an eye out that you don't see them often.
