This was a couple days ago when I found her in the coop laying down and hobbling.

These are her feet today. I have been giving Epsom salt soaks and spraying on vetericyn a few times per day. What else can I do for her. She is in the house.

It does not look like frost bite that I have seen. It looks like a blister on the right foot on top.
I cannot get the second pic to come up so cannot see what it is looking like now.
What does the bottom of the foot look like?
Have you looked up bumble foot? Not sure it is that either.

I hope some more people can chime in to help her.

No tissue is turning black. I'll take a picture and try to upload it. She did break the blisters and scratched it yesterday.

Today there is an odor and the skin is peeling.

The feet look infected and swollen. I am thinking it is a case of bumble foot or infection within the foot.

I have not had the misfortune to have had to deal with it myself but the link is a good read on it and I am sure if you do a search you will find a lot of valuable information.

I do not see a cut or entry point for the infection to have started but that does not mean there was not one there.

I am trying to find an antibiotic for her. I don't know what kind to use or a dosage.

I post this link so you can pm the two responders to the thread. They have WAY more experience than I that is certain. It does look like bumble foot to me just with no clear entry point.

Bumble foot is an infection and needs to be treated quickly so it does not go systemic.

Best wishes and I hope you find the answers you need.

This thread is long but has a lot of great information in it on treating bumble foot.

In the first pic it is hard it looks more like a bacterial infection, but in the bottom pic, it does have the appearance of frostbite with some swelling at the tips of toes and the discoloration and swelling. I would get some hibiclen (chlorhexidene) or some betadine and add it to warm water, and soak the feet daily for 15-20 minutes. Then apply either some Vetericyn wound spray or plain Neosporin or Bacitracin to any open scabs. I would also try to get some enrofloxacin or Baytril from your local vet. You can get it online, but would take too long. Here is a link for that and another about frostbite and one for bacterial infections in feet:
