I got these 7 free silkie mixes from someone, she was told they were pure sillies and when she hatched them and they started to grow they were obviously mixed. They are fun colors, some have little silkie hats and about 1/2 have the extra toes. They were all hatched at the same time and are a variety of sizes (she told me a month old). Curious if anyone has any idea on the mixes or sexes at this age. I'm guessing several fertilizing roosters but really have no idea.
There is one black and white splotchy one with a comb that's slightly red I'm guessing is a cockerel. Two partridge colored (one reddish one bluish) two white/cream/black speckled, and 2 gray/black that look more silkie than the rest and are significantly smaller.
