Yesterday one of my older girls was acting lethargic and was laying on the ground puffed up, I separated her from the flock. I gave her a warm bath that seemed to perk her up, when I examined her, her belly was red and hard. She also has some scabs on it. She has diarrhea as well. I don't know what to do for her and we don't have any vets in the area. She is still eating and drinking. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

She has hay bedding, she's normally free range and goes into the coop at night. I haven't seen any mites or lice on her but I did dust her with DE just in case. The scabs are mostly on her belly, she does have a few on the underside of her wings as well.
She hasn't changed too much since yesterday but she does seem to have a little bit more of an appetite. I've been putting some water on her pellets and that seems to make a difference.
I would make sure that the hay is dry and thick, and if you notice any wet areas where she lays, to add some sand or try to dry them out. Some chickens will develop blisters or sores on their breast bones from lying down a lot. They can become infected or develop an abscess. A picture of her scabby belly might help. I tend to prefer pine shavings since they stay drier and don't break down as quickly.
