Bumblefoot? and HELLO, I am new.

My mother and I were curious if this is TRULY what it is. She noticed it 2 days ago after h wasn't walking correct. I know the procedure, and was willing to assist IF THIS WAS GUARANTEED. So I made this account, and asking you sages for the go ahead, and if so, what advice?
